This page explains what Longlann collects when you join our mailing list and what we do with it. If you have a question, email hello@longlann.com.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- The date and time you signed up.
- The type of browser and device you used.
- The country you signed up from.
We use your IP address for a moment to stop repeated sign-ups, but we don't store it. The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking.
Why
We use your email address only to send you occasional news from Longlann. We use the browser, device, and country details only to spot fake or automated sign-ups.
Where it's kept
Your details are stored securely with our hosting provider. Its servers may be in other countries, so the laws of those countries may apply to the data.
Who sees it
Only Longlann. We don't sell, rent, or share your details. If we start using an email service to send our emails, it will hold your address only to send them.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Then we delete it.
Your choices
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can also email hello@longlann.com to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you. If you're not happy with our answer, you can contact your local data protection authority.
